Despite repeated complaints to the authorities, no explanation was provided for the unexpected power cuts.

In addition to affecting meal preparations for Sehri, the outages also led to water shortages in several areas, as pumping stations lacked electricity, and an uncertain water supply added to residents’ struggles.

Frustrated residents voiced their concerns, noting that these outages have become a daily occurrence.

“Every day there is some issue with the electricity, and it is becoming unbearable, especially during Sehri hours when we need power the most,” said one local resident.
