A blast inside a mosque in Azam Warsak Bazaar, South Waziristan, left several people injured, including Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) District Amir, Abdullah Nadeem, as per the report on Friday.
Police confirmed that the explosion occurred within the mosque, and initial reports indicated multiple casualties.
District Police Officer (DPO) Asif Bahadur informed the media that explosive materials had been planted inside the mosque.
