The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has officially released the results for the Intermediate Part I Science General Group examinations.

This year’s results are notable as the mathematics paper was evaluated using e-marking for the first time.

According to BIEK, 9,678 candidates passed all six papers in the Science General Group. A total of 18,813 students appeared for the examinations, out of 19,212 registered candidates, showing strong participation.

For the first time in the history of Interboard Karachi, the mathematics paper was assessed through an electronic marking system.

Interboard Chairman Faqir Muhammad Lakho confirmed that the modern digital system ensured greater transparency and improved the quality of assessment.

He added that adopting e-marking is a significant step toward strengthening trust in the examination system and modernizing evaluation methods.

Students can check their results on the official BIEK website.
