LAHORE: The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) has announced that the computerised balloting for distributing 720 newly constructed flats among workers in Sundar Industrial State Kasur, will be held on November 28, 2025.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is scheduled to inaugurate the phase 1 balloting at her office, the PWWF stated in a social media post.
Only eligible applications will be considered, and any submissions containing false information or fraudulent documents will be rejected, with strict action taken against the applicants.
The PWWF, established under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Act, 2019, is chaired by the Secretary of the Punjab Labour & Human Resource Department and guided by a Governing Body that includes representatives from the government, workers, and employers.
Its main functions include constructing labour housing colonies, operating workers’ welfare schools, and providing welfare grants such as death grants, marriage grants, and talent scholarships.
