The results of the 52nd draw for Rs100 Student Welfare Prize Bonds were announced on Wednesday at the State Bank in Hyderabad.
The first prize of Rs7 lakh went to bond number 171732. Three second prizes of Rs2 lakh each were claimed by bond numbers 239810, 496333, and 989615. In addition, certain Rs1,000 bonds also won prizes of Rs1,000 each.
As per government rules, a 15% tax will be deducted from the prize money of filers, while non-filers will face a 35% deduction.
