At least twelve passengers lost their lives and several others were injured in a collision between a van and a water tanker on the M9 Motorway near Karachi’s DHA City on Friday, according to the report.
Edhi officials reported that the deceased include women and children. The victims and injured were being taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
IG Sindh Javed Alama Odho has instructed police to reach the scene immediately to secure the area and assist in clearing the site.
