The Metro Bus Service in Rawalpindi will be temporarily suspended during the movement of teams participating in the Pakistan–Sri Lanka–Zimbabwe T20 Tri-Nation Series, officials confirmed.

Metro authorities said the decision was made on the district administration’s directions to ensure security and smooth transport operations throughout the event.

During match hours, the Rehmanabad, Khatm-e-Nabuwwat, and Faizabad stations will remain closed, while service on other stations will continue as normal.

Officials added that these temporary closures are part of the security arrangements to manage traffic and facilitate team travel around cricket venues.

The T20 Tri-Nation Series, featuring Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe, will take place in Rawalpindi and Lahore from November 17 to 29, drawing large crowds ahead of the upcoming international T20 season.
