The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has rolled out a major new facility to make it easier for residents of Islamabad and nearby areas to access identity-related services.
Starting from July 9, 2025, citizens can now take advantage of a one-stop service center operating at the Islamabad Police Facilitation Center.
Open daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, the new setup aims to eliminate the inconvenience of visiting different offices for documentation needs.
This center offers a wide range of services, including:
- Issuance of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs)
- Child Registration Certificates (B-Forms)
- Family Registration Certificates (FRCs)
- Marital status updates
- Cancellation of ID cards due to death
- And other NADRA-related services
Earlier, NADRA had also expanded its services by setting up counters at local union councils in areas like Saidpur, Sihala, Model Town, Koral, I-10/4, and further locations like Murid (Chakwal) and Daulat Nagar (Gujrat). These extensions allowed people to access documentation closer to where they live.
Now, with the latest step, residents can get services such as CNICs, B-Forms, FRCs, and more either at the central facilitation center or at their respective union council offices.
