China’s XPENG, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, is planning to enter the Pakistani market, adding momentum to the country’s growing EV sector.

According to reports, the company may first launch the XPENG G6, a mid-size electric coupe-SUV built on the 800-volt SEPA 2.0 platform. This platform allows rapid charging, enabling the battery to go from 10 to 80 percent in about 20 minutes.

The G6 is available internationally with two battery options: a 66 kWh pack and an 87.5 kWh long-range pack. Depending on the configuration, the vehicle offers an estimated WLTP range of 435 to 570 kilometers. XPENG provides both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive variants.

The RWD versions accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in roughly 6.6 to 6.2 seconds, while the performance-oriented AWD model achieves the same in about 4 seconds.

The G6 has a five-seat cabin supported by a 2,890-millimeter wheelbase and offers 571 liters of cargo space. Its interior includes a modern digital layout and comfort-focused features consistent with XPENG’s global models.

Pricing, local availability, and the official launch timeline for Pakistan have not yet been announced.
