The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has opened applications for 173 contract-based vacancies across 12 different job categories.
People with qualifications ranging from Matric and Intermediate to bachelor’s and master’s degrees can apply. Applications will only be accepted through the Open Testing Service (OTS).

- Assistant Manager/Junior Engineer (Electrical): 5 vacancies
- Assistant Manager (Customer Services): 1 vacancy
- Line Superintendent-I: 7 vacancies
- Head Clerk/Assistant: 1 vacancy
- Commercial Assistant: 15 vacancies
- Line Superintendent-II: 7 vacancies
- Upper Divisional Clerk/Senior Clerk: 10 vacancies
- Lower Divisional Clerk/Junior Clerk: 17 vacancies
- Meter Reader: 36 vacancies
- Driver: 18 vacancies
- Tracer: 2 vacancies
- Bill Distributor: 54 vacancies
Eligibility Requirements
The education and experience requirements vary depending on the post.
The maximum age limit is 30 years for most positions. However, applicants can be up to 33 years old for Assistant Manager posts and up to 35 years old for Driver positions.
Candidates applying for jobs from Line Superintendent-I to Bill Distributor must have a domicile of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara or Nankana Sahib.
Job Terms
All appointments will be made on a contract basis. Selected candidates will receive a market-based lump-sum salary and will have to complete a six-month probation period.
These positions are non-pensionable and will not automatically become permanent jobs.
