Gold prices in Pakistan held steady on Friday, following a similar pause in the international market.
As per the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold stood at Rs407,778 per tola and Rs349,603 per 10 grams, unchanged from the previous day.
A day earlier, rates had dropped by Rs2,500 per tola before settling at the current level. Internationally, gold also showed no movement, staying at $3,865 per ounce with a $20 premium, according to APGJSA.
Silver prices likewise remained unchanged, with the per tola rate fixed at Rs4,839.
