The Punjab Education Department has released a formal notification about the issuance of roll number slips for the Grade 8 Annual Examination 2026. A dedicated online portal has been provided for all CTSC heads to download the slips for their respective clusters through the official link.
According to the instructions, each cluster’s EMIS login details will serve as both the username and password to access the portal. School heads must choose their assigned examination centers and download the roll number slips in PDF form. These files are then to be shared with the attached schools through email or WhatsApp.
Schools have been directed to print the slips and hand them over to students. Principals are also required to issue a written certificate confirming that every student has received their roll number slip.

The department has set 2:00 PM on Monday, March 2, 2026, as the deadline for distributing all slips. Since the documents are generated through a computerized system, no signatures are required.
Officials said the step has been taken to ensure the examination process runs smoothly and that students receive their official identification ahead of the Grade 8 exams across the province.
