The Government of Pakistan has announced revised prices of petroleum products for the first half of October 2025, based on recommendations from the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and other concerned ministries.

A press release issued by the Finance Division on September 30 confirmed that the new rates will come into effect from October 1. The price of High Speed Diesel (HSD) has gone up by Rs4.04 per litre, taking it to Rs276.81 per litre from the earlier Rs272.77.

Petrol (MS) has also been increased by Rs4.07 per litre, now fixed at Rs268.68 per litre compared to the previous Rs264.61.

These revised prices will stay in place for the next two weeks as the government continues to adjust fuel rates in line with global market movements and local economic factors.
