The Higher Education Commission Pakistan has issued important instructions for students and teachers about eligibility for foreign-funded scholarships and admissions.
According to HEC, the UCAT and HAT tests will be held on April 19 under its supervision. Candidates have been advised to perform well in these exams, as only those with higher scores will qualify to apply for international scholarship programs.
The commission stated that it regularly facilitates foreign-funded scholarships through diplomatic channels, allowing Pakistani students to pursue higher education abroad. These opportunities are offered every year to support students’ academic growth and provide international exposure.

HEC also warned students and faculty to rely only on verified and authentic information regarding scholarships. It advised applicants to avoid unverified or fraudulent schemes circulating through unofficial sources.
Officials highlighted that strong results in UCAT and HAT are essential for most foreign scholarship opportunities, and candidates are encouraged to prepare thoroughly to increase their chances of selection.
