In line with ongoing austerity measures, the Punjab Health Department has announced that first and second year MBBS classes will now be held online on Fridays and Saturdays.
The move is intended to make better use of resources while ensuring that early-year medical students continue their education without interruption.
An official notification stated that “this arrangement will continue until further instructions,” marking a temporary change under the province’s cost-saving initiative.
